The Research Strategy Committee meets at each semiannual meeting and by conference call between meetings to consider new protocols for approval and prioritization, review the status of previously approved protocols, and consider for probation or closure, if necessary, protocols that are failing to meet patient accrual goals. The Research Strategy Committee is co-chaired by the Group Chair and the Deputy Group Chair.
