Submitting Progress Reports for Funded Projects
Awardees are required to present their work at the next RTOG semiannual meeting after being awarded. A written progress report documenting and summarizing work results, including preliminary results, conclusions, and recommendations for actions to be taken for the rest of the project, is due at six months. Additionally the results of the completed project must be presented at the RTOG semiannual meeting in one year. Upon conclusion of the project, a final written report describing the method and findings of the research is required. Project related publications and news articles must be attached to the report.
(Before publishing results, refer to the online RTOG Publication Guidelines. Annual updates, including abstracts, manuscripts, grants, protocols or other products resulting from the seed grant, must be reported to the RTOG.
