RTOG provides a 2-day  orientation for data managers, site coordinators and research nurses involved in RTOG protocol participation and data collection.  The orientation is  held at RTOG HQ.

The RA Orientation Registration Form must be completed and submitted to attend the  orientation session that is held at RTOG HQ.     This form is NOT to be used for the orientation @ the June semiannual meeting.
