SUMMARY OF CHANGES

RTOG 93-10 CNS Lymphoma (INT 0143) October 1, 1996


Patients with no residual tumor on post-chemotherapy CT/MRI scan or slit-lamp examination will receive 1.2 Gy b.i.d, at least 6 hours apart, five days a week for 3 weeks for a total dose of 36 Gy.

This change affects the Schema, Sections 6.1.2, 6.4, 7.1, 11.2.6, 13.2, 13.3, and Appendix I (p. 19).

Section 7.1 To be consistent with the text, "X"s were added to the table for Bactrim administration in weeks 7-10. This also affects the Schema.

Section 7.9.5 Table was corrected to agree with text.

Section 7.10 Sections 7.10.3-6 were renumbered in the correct sequence.

Section 10.2.3 Central review materials will be forwarded to the RTOG Pathology Coordinator, not directly to Dr. Nelson.

Section 11.1 Added ophthalmology, consult week 11 pre-radiotherapy.

Revised Forms (F9, T1) are attached; all prior versions must be discarded. Data must be submitted only on these new versions.
