Submission of the Radiosensitized Form (R1) is due at 1 week after radiosurgery.

Patients must be at least 3 months post-surgery, not including biopsy. This change affects the Schema, Eligibility Checklist (Q15), and Section 3.2.8.

Reminder: Surrounding areas of "edema" will not be considered part of the target volume. This sentence was bolded to enhance visibility.
