RTOG 8817/SWOG 8892, RTOG 9018/SWOG 9008, RTOG 9019/SWOG 8794, RTOG 9112/SWOG 8797, RTOG 9403/SWOG 9304, RTOG 9915/SWOG 9927, RTOG 0015/SWOG 9900
RTOG has been notified that effective immediately SWOG will no longer accept the RTOG General Communication Memo for the reporting of missing or
delinquent data. Please use the applicable SWOG form if you are unable to submit follow up or if there was a scheduled assessment that was missed.
This information should be reported in the Comments or Notes section of the applicable form. This applies to all of the studies listed above.
Any general communication memos received for these studies will be returned to you.
