Summary Form Preview
 Correct Form: This button enables users to correct errors found during the review of the data form.
 Delete Form: This feature is available for users to erase the incorrect data if they find an excessive amount of errors.
 Preview Entire Form: This function is utilized to preview the entire web form rather than the summary of the completed portions.
 Print: Users can print the active web screen (Summary or Entire form) by clicking the Print control button.
Review the summary form for completeness and accuracy and then select the “Complete Form Submission” button on the form summary screen for final submission to the RTOG database.

Old way:  Data received -> Reviewed -> Entered
New Way:  Data received -> Entered -> Validated via Computer Program
Impact on sites:
Sites will receive queries much sooner

Ultimately queries to be posted to Website for site retrieval
